When I started taking my fitness seriously in my early twenties, I was frustrated. I couldn't stay consistent, I didn't know what actually worked, and every time I went too hard I burned out before anything stuck. Sound familiar?
What changed things wasn't one big moment. It was learning to make small, sustainable changes that fit into real life. That's how I lost the fat, built the habits, and ended up where I am now. I went on to study Sports Coaching with Nutrition, and the degree backed up what I'd already learned firsthand. Progress doesn't have to be extreme to be real. It just has to be right for you.
